About Joy Tobin

Joy Tobin lives and works in Westchester County, New York. She has been an artist and art teacher for over 25 years and is named in Who's Who Among American Teachers. Joy has taught watercolor workshops at the Hammond Museum in North Salem, NY and continuously on various international cruise ships. The artist has a BA and MA in art and has studied with watercolorists Mel Stabin, Judy Wagner, and Judi Betts.

The artist has had numerous solo exhibits and has been featured in galleries in New York, Connecticut, and also in the Bahamas. Her paintings can be found in collections throughout the United States and also in Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas.
